| This is a bushy deciduous, sometimes semi-evergreen shrub most often used for shrub borders and hedging. Leaves are irregular edged, oval to lance shaped, 3-6 inches long and turn white with age. White flowers are held in panicles to 5 to 8 inches long, followed by round dull blue-black fruit. Clip hedges twice in summer. It grows to 35 feet in height and will grow in an open form. |
