| Thrinax morrisii is a small palm with a slim-, upright stems. Leaves are divided halfway into 33 to 58 narrow lobes, densely white to tan-scaly underneath, then glabrous blue-green above. Produces white to yellow or orange flowers in loose-arching panicles. In general, this genus of palms is often found growing were soils are limstoney and soil is well-drained.
