|Mat-forming perennial that makes and ideal groundcover. Reaches 6 to 8 inches tall and spreads to 12 inches. Fern-like leaves are light grayish-green, narrowly pinnate, and hairy. Flowerheads are flattish clusters in white. Blooms summer to fall. This heat and drought tolerant perennial has a fiberous root system and can become invasive. Divide annually to maintain. Butterflies are attracted to this plant. Good cut flower that dries well too. Somtimes referred to as Tanacetum argenteum.
