| C. potaninii is a deciduous climber belonging to AHS group 3. Small, 2 inch wide midsummer to early fall flowers are usually solitary, though sometimes held in cymes, and borne on present year's growth. Leaves are pinnate and divided into lance-shaped leaflets, 3/4 to 6 inches long. Beautiful along fences and arbors. The plant base should receive part to full shade. Native to southwest China. |
