|Spreading deciduous shrub grown for its long clusters of fragrant flowers throughout the summer. Panicles up to 1 foot long of dense fragrant flowers, often purple or lilac grow in summer. Graceful, arching branches bear pointed silvery-green leaves to 10 inches long. Ideal for attracting butterflies. Combines well with other perennials, especially daylilies and shasta daisies.
