| The cultivar, 'Fairfieldii' is an upright shrub with egg-shaped, toothed, mid to dark green leaves 1-1/4 inches long. In late spring and early summer, lavender-violet flowers bloom in large, open terminal panicles to 9 inches long. These are suitable for rock gardens, mixed or shrub border and are also good container plants. |
