| This tall, graceful, slim tree grows straight or slightly curved. It has lemon scented, golden green leaves that are about six inches long and can have a pinkish trunk. Its small, whitish flowers are even smaller than its three-eighths inch urn shaped seed capsules. Is also more suseptible to frost than most. Well drained soil is preferable. Trees do very well planted from seed. Plant seeds in spring or summer keep shaded and water sparingly until 2 to 3 inches high. |
