| This genus came about as a result of the genus cross between Heuchera and Tiarella. The product is a delightful mat of evergreen, clump-forming, stoloniferous perennial. Leaves are rough, heart-shaped, and crinkly. Some species have hairs. Flowers may be white, pink, or red, and rise above foliage on panicles. They are bell or tube shaped. Grow in well drained, fertile soil that is slightly acid to neutral. Sun or part shade. |
