| Deciduous shrub or small tree. Vigorous and erect, this species reaches 15 feet tall and 10 feet wide. Leaves are dark green, glossy and small. Many fragrant, small white-with-pink tubular flowers appear all summer. Bronze-red calyces are borne and produced in clusters of threes from the upper leaf axils. Attracts butterflies and hummingbirds. |
