| 'Nellie Nuttall' is a vigorous upright shrub, 6"-18" long stems, free-flowering, covered with upward reaching, small single flowers with bright red tubes and sepals, and white corollas with red veins, appearing first in early summer and continuing to frost. Frequently visited by hummingbirds. Oval leaves are in groups of 2 or 3, and are 1" long. This a very graceful, hardy, but delicate looking plant. Mulch heavily where winters are cold.
