| Hostas are good garden plants, thriving in all soils from pure clay to boggy ground and they usually get bigger every year. They don't seem to suffer from any significant diseases but their enemy at times are slugs and snails. The cultivar, 'Abiqua Blue Crinkles' has small to medium leaves that are cupped and puckered, in a glaucous dark blue-green. Lavender to nearly white, bell shaped flowers bloom on 22 inch stems in the mid season. |
