| Erigeron karvinskianus is a carpeting, vigorously-spreading, perennial flowering daisy, 6 to 12 inches tall, with woody branching stems. The leaves are elliptic-lance-shaped, hairy and gray-green in color. Flowers have narrow, thread-like ray florets. In summer it produces abundant flowers that are 3/4 inch wide, opening with white rays, and fading to pink to purple with greenish-yellow centers. They prefer sandy soil and should be cut back after flowering to prolong the flowering time. |
