| Fraxinus latifolia or Oregon Ash is a large, deciduous tree. It forms a rounded, broad spreading crown with glossy, pinnate, dark green leaves turning yellow in the fall. Leaves are up to 6 to 12 inches long, with up to 7 to 9 oval, tapered leaflets. An excellent specimen tree for woodland or coastal gardens. Grow in fertile, moist, but well-drained soil. Native of W. North America. |
