| A fragrant, early-blooming daffodil. Numerous, petite flowers appear on each stem. The blooms have intense lemon-yellow petals surrounding orange corona segments. Green basal leaves are wide and strap-shaped.
Daffodils are excellent for naturalizing along wood's edge or as an underplanting in the perennial border or ground cover bed. Planting depth is roughly 3 times the width of the bulb. If planted in well drained soil, daffodils are virtually disease and trouble free. Once finished flowering, allow foliage to flop over and dry out. Divide if flower production or size has dwindled. |
