| A white daffodil with two or three nodding blooms appearing on each leafless stem. The blooms have white petal segments spreading away from short coronas. Basal leaves are green, and strap-shaped or cylindrical.
Daffodils are excellent for naturalizing along wood's edge or as an underplanting in the perennial border or ground cover bed. Planting depth is roughly 3 times the width of the bulb. If planted in well drained soil, daffodils are virtually disease and trouble free. Once finished flowering, allow foliage to flop over and dry out. Divide if flower production or size has dwindled. |
