| Loose clumping, rhizomatous, hardy perennial, excellent in borders or naturalized gardens. Grows to 6' tall and to 6'-8' wide. Leaves are basal with long stalks, pinnate, 3- to 5-lobed, and mid-green, to 4" long.
Leaflets are toothed with conspicuous veins. Showy, 3" to 6" wide, reflexed, light yellow with conical green center, daisy-like blooms from summer until fall.
Flowers of 'Golden Glow' are fully double. Spreads rapidly to cover a large area. Durable, long-lived. Remove spent flowers to encourage additional blooms. Native to Central and Eastern North America. |
