| Clary sage is a bushy, upright annual that grows to 12" tall and 9" wide. Leaves are oblong to ovate, pubescent, medium green, to 2" long. 'Oxford Blue' has terminal spikes of purple-blue, whorled flowers that are encased by showy, prominately veined bracts of similar color. Cut spikes make great fresh or dried flower arrangements. Thrives in full sun in well drained soil. Heat and drought tolerant. Native to the Mediterranean. |
