| Fountain-like, deciduous shrub with fragrant, white, late spring or early summer flowers. An old fashioned favorite, at home in the shrub border. Allow ample room for arching branches. Remove oldest branches (back to ground) right after plant has finished flowering.
'Burfordensis' bears profuse, large, single, cup-shaped, 3 inch wide, lightly fragrant white flowers held in racemes of 5 to 9. Borne in early and midsummer. 10 feet tall, 6 feet wide. |
