| This erect perennial is rhizomatous with round, shallowly 7-lobed, basal leaves, up to 8" long, and smaller, similar leaves on the stem.
Cream to white, funnel-shaped flowers are in dense racemes, and borne in summer. Locate in full sun and provide plenty of water, especially through the summer if continuous blooms are desired.
If water is not provided, flowers will go dormant, only to reappear with onset of fall rains. Native to Wyoming, Nevada, Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico. |
