Long-blooming annual. Small, lance-shaped leaves are held close to the stem and are medium green. Brightly colored salverform flowers, to 1 inch wide, are held in clusters on stems above the foliage. Excellent in the perennial border or rock garden. ‘African Sunset’ bears dusky to deep red flowers.
